ABOUT SEA SUNSET COTTAGE

A Beach Front Location in Whitstable

#Whitstable. You will love this cottage for many reasons but especially the stunning views. You will witness the most spectacular sunsets here and the beach front location means you can even hear the sound of the waves lapping the shore from inside the house.

All three double bedrooms have direct sea views and en-suite bathrooms. There is plenty of outdoor space and parking for one car with an electric charger. All local amenities, including the High Street and many good restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

Week bookings are from Friday and weekend bookings are 3 nights from Friday to Monday. Midweek bookings, Monday to Thursday or Friday may be available on request. Please note the house is not suitable for children under 7 – please see FAQ. Sorry no pets but www.oystershellwhitstable.com takes pets.
Bookings for 2 persons are 1 bedroom only OR up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms. If you want the study room as an extra 4th bedroom on sofa bed (more suited for a teenager) but occupancy will still be restricted to 6 say so on the booking form for an extra linen charge of £50.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen and living area, a separate study/den with TV as well as a small utility room. An expansive balcony and a sun-trap garden surrounded by flowering troughs complete the accommodation. The house will have a maximum occupancy of 6 (including the use, if required, of the study room as an additional bedroom). The house will always be available as a sleeps 2 option for couples at a reduced rate. Parking for one small / medium car with an electric charging point.

Pets are accepted. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. Set in the fashionable maritime town of Whitstable in Kent, this luxury self-catering villa flaunts a contemporary steel and glass façade framing far-reaching sea views. The house is very suitable for families who might have older relatives or the disabled as there are ensuite bedrooms and living areas on both the ground and the first floors to give everyone plenty of space. The gardens are enclosed and there are delightful sunset and sea views from the living areas. Plenty of parking and an electric charging point.
